Condition of Entry - all PROFESSIONAL participants with the exception of Country Exemptions must stay at the Official Hotel and invest in one of the ASM @ Malaysia (KL) 2015 packages
AST members - 4n / 4d / 4 rounds of golf - play & stay package
- NON members add US$ 260
- accompanying amateur golfers add US$ 400
- AST Pro Qualifier - Q School add US$ 255
single occupancy US$ 1,000
twin sharing with another Pro or accompanying Amateur golfer US$ 900 per golfer
twin sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion US$ 1,100
8 Malaysian Country Exemptions US$ 700 per golfer priority to AST members - no accommodation
AST members (all inclusive ASM @ KL 2015 package) entry fee includes
- 4 nights hotel accommodation includes daily breakfast @ Summit Hotel, Subang
- 4 X lunch on Sat 30, Sun 31 May & Mon 1 and Tue 2 June
- 2 dinners on Sat 30 and Sun 31 May
- 1 goodie bag - includes T Shirt, cap, golf balls, etc - and 1 extra AST T Shirt
- daily return transportation between the Official Hotel and golf club,
- 4 rounds of golf - buggy & caddy twin sharing, and includes on course refreshments

- the amateur package is the same as that provided for AST members

Tue 2 June additional nights stay @ Summit Hotel prior to group departure for Medan

Wed 3 June Transfer from Malaysia (KL) to Indonesia (Medan) on FireFly
Anticipated cost of flights based on current information / internet rates available are
- under RM 650 @ US$ 170 per golfer for 2 way return air fare
- under RM 450 @ US$ 125 per golfer for 1 way air fare
The cost / package includes
