ASM @ Indonesia (Medan) 2015 Minimum US$ 20,000 purse
Condition of Entry - all PROFESSIONAL participants with the exception of Country Exemptions must stay at the Official Hotel and invest in one of the ASM @ Medan 2015 packages
AST members - 5n / 6d / 5 rounds of golf play & stay package
- NON members add US$ 200
- accompanying amateur golfers add US$ 400
- AST Pro Qualifier - Q School add US$ 255
single occupancy US$ 890
twin sharing with another Pro or accompanying Amateur golfer US$ 780 per golfer
twin sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion US$ 1,000
12 Indonesian Country Exemptions US$ 650 priority to AST members - no accommodation

Thu 4 Jun Practice Round & Welcome Dinner

Sun 7 Jun ASM @ Medan Day 1 & Amateur Finals - morning T Off
Mon 8 Jun ASM @ Medan Final Day - morning T Off
AST members (all inclusive ASM @ Medan 2015 package) entry fee includes
- package excludes Indonesian VISA on arrival @ US$ 25
- assistance with immigration, baggage clearance / porters, and land transfer to the Official Hotel
- 5 nights hotel accommodation includes breakfast
- 4 lunches at the golf club each day on Fri 5, Sat 6, Sun 7, and Mon 8 Jun
- 3 dinners on Thu 4, Fri 5, and Sat 6 Jun
- 1 goodie bag & 1 additional AST T Shirt, and daily return transportation between the hotel and golf club,
- 5 rounds of golf includes on course refreshments,

- the amateur package is the same as that provided for AST members
AMATEUR - single occupancy US$ 1,390

OPTIONAL AST members / professionals / amateur golfers heading to play in ASM @ Jakarta 2015 event
Mon 8 June additional nights stay @ Soechi Hotel prior to group departure for Jakarta
- US$ 50 Single Occupancy and or US$ 35 Twin Sharing per golfer - includes breakfast
Tue 9 June Transfer from Indonesia (Medan) to Indonesia (Jakarta) via Lion Air
Anticipated cost of flights based on current information / internet rates available are
- under US$ 190 per golfer for 2 way return air fare
- under US$ 100 per golfer for 1 way air fare
The cost / package includes
- transfer from Soechi Hotel to Medan airport
- portage, assistance with customs & immigration clearance, etc
- transfer from Jakarta airport to Mercure Hotel Jakarta

12 Indonesian Country Exemptions US$ 600 per golfer priority to AST members - no accommodation
for the cost of AMATEUR PACKAGES - add US$ 400
Sat 13 June - AST management team transfer from Jakarta to Malaysia (KLIA) via Garuda
Anticipated cost of flights based on current information / internet rates available are
- under RM 450 @ US$ 125 per golfer for 1 way air fare
The cost / package includes
- transfer from Mercure Hotel to Jakarta airport
- portage, assistance with customs & immigration clearance on departure & at KLIA
