Royal Sumatra GCC min US$ 20,000 purse
Condition of Entry - all senior professional participants with the exception of the 12 Indonesian Country Exemptions must stay at the Official Hotel and invest in one of the 6th ASM @ Indonesia (Medan) 2019 packages
AST members - 4n / 5d / 4 rounds of golf play & stay package - final rates - TBC
- NON members add US$ 250
- accompanying amateur golfers add US$ 350
- AST Pro Qualifier - Q School add US$ 300
Single Occupancy US$ 950 - less US$ 350 last place prize money = US$ 600
accompanying amateur golfer US$ 1,350 with US$ 200 commission payable to the professional
Twin Sharing with another Professional and or accompanying Amateur golfer
US$ 850 per golfer - less US$ 350 last place prize money = US$ 550
accompanying amateur golfer US$ 1,450 with US$ 200 commission payable to the professional
Twin Sharing with non-golfing companion - entitled to same F&B & travel benefits as the PRO
US$ 1,200 - less US$ 350 last place prize money = US$ 950
12 Indonesian Country Exemptions US$ 750 - less US$ 350 last place prize money = US$ 400
NO accommodation or transportation is provided

Sun - 6th ASM @ Medan Pro-Am - afternoon T Off & Dinner
Mon - 6th ASM @ Medan Amateur Finals & Day 1 - morning T Off & Prize Giving Lunch
Tue - 6th ASM @ Medan Day 2 - morning T Off - lunch is provided
Wed - 6th ASM @ Medan Final Day - morning T Off - lunch is provided
AST members (all inclusive ASM @ Medan 2019 package) entry fee includes
- package excludes Indonesian VISA on arrival @ US$ 25
- assistance with immigration, baggage clearance / porters, and land transfer to the Official Hotel
- 4 nights hotel accommodation includes breakfast
- 4 lunches at the golf club each day on Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed
- 4 dinners on Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed
- 1 goodie bag & 1 additional AST T Shirt, and daily return transportation between the hotel and golf club,
- 4 rounds of golf includes on course refreshments,
- buggy twin sharing with individual caddy during Pro-am
- individual buggy & caddy during the professional tournament
ASM @ Indonesia (Medan) 2019 from Sun to Wed Amateur Packages
- the amateur package offers the same benefits as that provided for AST members
- amateur golfers are NOT entitled to win prize money members

AMATEUR - twin sharing with another golfer US$ 1,250 per golfer
AMATEUR - twin sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion US$ 1,600
